We are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to streamline onboarding and implementation for our largest clients. This role is pivotal in guiding the onboarding process from deal signing to go-live. With strong project management skills, you'll ensure clients achieve maximum value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead the discovery and requirements gathering for implementations • Conduct kickoff, training, and go-live sessions • Oversee configurations and assist with technical needs • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously • Deliver training in-person and online for clients
