We are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to streamline onboarding and implementation for our largest clients.
This role is pivotal in guiding the onboarding process from deal signing to go-live. With solid project management skills, you'll ensure clients achieve maximum value from our platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery and requirements gathering for implementations
- Conduct kickoff, training, and go-live sessions
- Oversee configurations and assist with technical needs
- Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Deliver training in-person and online for clients Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in client success or implementation roles
- Experience with complex, multi-phase client engagements
