Play a critical role in the Men’s Recovery Program as Addiction Services Support Staff at Adult & Teen Challenge in Thunder Bay, Canada. This full time position focuses on providing direct supervision and structure to clients in recovery. As part of our faith-driven team, you will help create a supportive workplace for individuals overcoming addiction.

Your role will include daily interactions aimed at encouraging clients’ participation in recovery activities, while also ensuring a safe and respectful residential setting. Key Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and support to clients daily
Foster accountability and participation in recovery routines
Observe clients for any safety or emotional issues
Facilitate activities and assist with transportation needs
Maintain overall cleanliness and safety on campus Requirements:
Education in relevant fields such as social work or ministry
Experience in addiction recovery or residential support
Excellent relational and operational skills
Valid driver’s license may be required
