You’ll work hands-on, ensuring smooth operations across roasting and packaging by preventing downtime and enhancing equipment performance. Collaboration with production teams and mentoring apprentices will be vital to this position. Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment across various systems
Install, modify, and enhance machinery performance
Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain efficiency
Conduct preventative maintenance as per PM Program
Document all maintenance, issues, and improvements Requirements:
Minimum 2 years as a ticketed Millwright
Strong skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Experience with mechanical systems and schematics
