The role involves preventative and corrective maintenance, responding to tenant requests, and collaborating with operators to maintain a secure and efficient property. You'll apply your mechanical expertise to identify issues and perform repairs. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to tenant service requests promptly and professionally
Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems
Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, and chillers
Assist with maintenance documentation and work orders
Maintain safety and cleanliness in work areas Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with mechanical equipment
Grade 12 diploma, Fifth-Class Power Engineering Certificate an asset
Robust customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with maintenance management systems
