The Human Resources

Manager will be responsible for HR oversight across MCFN’s various locations, focusing on creating a positive workplace aligned with strategic objectives. This full time role requires collaboration with senior leadership to ensure staffing complements address current and future organizational needs. Your leadership in HR strategies will make a meaningful impact on the community. Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR functions for MCFN and its Hubs
Develop inclusive policies enhancing workplace culture
Collaborate with leaders to meet staffing demands
Ensure compliance with established HR laws and practices
Support initiatives promoting cultural revitalization Requirements:
Required Human Resources Designation
Five-plus years in HR leadership roles
Knowledge of the Canada Labour Code
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Flexibility to travel for organizational needs Make a difference in the community by leading HR efforts at MCFN in Sault Ste. Marie.
