You will perform routine testing, manage ingredient inspections, and log discrepancies. This position requires solid communication skills and attention to GMP, OSHA, and HACCP standards. Key Responsibilities:
Execute testing on product batches and log results
Carry out audits of batch and component weights
Communicate quality status and ingredient concerns
Prepare hold reports for ingredients in question
Maintain daily production data and documentation Requirements:
High school diploma or GED essential
One year of preferred quality assurance experience
Proficiency in reading safety instructions
Solid reasoning and mathematical skills
