York Region Children’s Aid Society seeks a Legal Counsel to deliver legal services integrated with our team and aligned with the Child Youth and Family Services Act. The role includes court work in child protection matters, advising staff, and representing the Society in trials, hearings, and appeals.
The position requires a Law Degree and Ontario bar, at least 3 years’ experience in child welfare/family law, and robust litigation skills. Hybrid work arrangement and competitive pay.
