You’ll manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring that terms reflect business objectives while mitigating risks. Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to support the execution of high-value partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
Lead negotiations for MSA, SLA, NDA, and AI-specific contracts
Partner with Sales and Finance for deal execution
Draft and negotiate new legal templates
Build effective contract management processes
Respond to evolving legal challenges and inquiries Requirements:
JD/LLB and active law practice status
3+ years in SaaS/Tech legal roles
Solid communication and cross-functional skills
Capable of managing multiple deals under tight deadlines
