Take the lead in quality management at Mucci Pac, located in Kingsville, Ontario. This full time position requires overseeing the Repack Quality team to ensure product excellence and compliance. As the Quality Lead, you will be responsible for guiding daily quality activities while working closely with the Quality Manager and Production Supervisors.

Your role is critical in maintaining high product standards and safety compliance throughout the repack process. You’ll also mentor team members and help elevate quality within the production environment. Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily quality team activities based on production needs
Monitor finished product inspections and reporting accuracy
Ensure adherence to customer specifications
Identify and report product defects and quality issues
Collaborate with Production Supervisors on quality initiatives Requirements:
Minimum 1 year in the fresh produce sector
Background in quality control or related fields
Solid decision-making and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
Knowledge of food safety regulations, CFIA or USDA Drive quality excellence as a leader in the agile fresh produce industry at Mucci Pac.
