Techno Metal Post SSM is hiring a reliable, experienced Lead Hand Installer to lead and work alongside our installation crew.

Responsibilities
Lead daily job-site operations and installation crew
Install helical piles for decks, additions and other structures
Operate installation equipment and machinery
Read plans, complete layouts and ensure accurate installations
Keep jobs organized, secure and on schedule
Maintain tools and equipment
Communicate with customers, contractors and the office

Qualifications
Construction, excavation or equipment operation experience
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Robust mechanical and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s licence
Reliable, physically capable and comfortable working outdoors
Able to work independently and take ownership of job sites

Helical pile experience is not required — training will be provided. Competitive compensation based on experience.
