Mystic Rains Contracting is growing, and we’re looking for skilled and motivated carpenters to join our crew.

We handle a variety of residential and light commercial projects, from framing and renovations to custom interiors and finishing touches. If you take pride in precision, quality craftsmanship, and working as part of a solid, professional team we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Perform general carpentry tasks including framing, rough-ins, and structure work
Install trim, baseboards, casing, crown molding, and finish-grade materials
Hang doors, install windows, cabinetry, hardware, and fixtures
Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete carpentry tasks.
Lift heavy materials as necessary during the construction process.
Read and interpret work orders
Work independently and with a team to complete jobs on schedule
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Communicate clearly with team leads and clients as needed
Assist with job site prep,



layout, and final punch lists
Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete carpentry tasks.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in general carpentry or construction
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in a variety of conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Willingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Positive communication skills and a skilled attitude

Job Type: Full time Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
