Lead and coach a loan administration team for optimal performance
Identify and implement process improvements in operations
Coordinate workloads and manage team guidance through challenges




Collaborate with leadership to maintain internal and external partnerships
Recruit, onboard, and develop team members through coaching Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in administration or commerce with 3 years experience
Alternatively, 2-year diploma with 5 years relevant experience
Foundational knowledge in lending practices and loan administration
