Senior Software Engineer / Lead Engineer – .NET/C#

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned .NET/C# Engineer with robust backend development expertise and the ability to quickly understand, enhance, and scale existing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically robust, and capable of driving design and development initiatives independently.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using C# and .NET.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance existing codebases and systems.
Build and support REST APIs and microservices.
Participate in architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile workplace.




Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.

Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+
Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and Microservices
SQL Server and Entity Framework
Object-Oriented Design, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns
Azure or AWS cloud experience
Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML
Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Auth0, or IdentityServer
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot)

Qualification
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
