Responsibilities
Set up and operate to machine cydraulic cylinder parts parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) models to ensure accurate manufacturing.
Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and protected work environment by properly handling hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other machining tools.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve machining processes using lean manufacturing principles.
