This role involves overseeing the leave management process while offering expert guidance to leaders and HR on statutory obligations and workplace accommodations. You will also monitor program effectiveness and foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee intake and documentation of leave cases
Advise on statutory leave administration and compliance




Partner with stakeholders for effective case management
Create and enhance policies to improve program delivery
Analyze trends and metrics for reporting and program success Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in HR or similar
At least 7 years of relevant HR experience
Expertise in disability management and employment law
Ability to handle sensitive employee cases
