Lead maintenance operations to achieve high efficiency

Provide subject matter expertise for equipment purchases
Establish and monitor maintenance performance KPI's
Implement improvements in the CMMS for operational efficiency Requirements:
At least five years in a Maintenance Management role
MMP certification is a plus
Mechanical Millwright or Industrial Electrician qualifications beneficial
Knowledge of ammonia plant operation preferred
