We’re a busy residential framing company with consistent work and a growing number of projects. We’re looking for an experienced carpenter who can take charge of a crew, keep a job moving efficiently, and take pride in producing high-quality work.

What we’re looking for
5+ years of residential framing/carpentry experience
Solid knowledge of residential framing from layout to roof
Ability to read and understand plans
Experience leading a crew and coordinating day-to-day work
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and quality
Positive communication and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license
Own basic hand tools
