The role: We are looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our dispatch team. The planner will coordinate with both US and Canadian dispatch to ensure fleet operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties include:
Broadly, supervising and planning company logistics
Establishing the availability of drivers to transport loads
Scheduling appointments for pick-up and delivery times
Engaging with our customers and provide excellent service
Adjusting plans as required
Managing all relevant records and documentation
Collaborating with the larger operational team to ensure operational functionality

Qualifications:



-Minimum 1 years or more experience working in a dispatch and/or logistics related role
Diploma or certificate from an accredited educational institution in one of the following is considered a robust asset:
Business administration
Logistics
Supply chain management
Transportation management
