We are seeking two dedicated and skilled Lube Technicians to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for automotive repair and possess solid mechanical knowledge. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible performing routine maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work workplace.
Duties
Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for any additional maintenance needs and recommend services to customers.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the service area and equipment.
Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
Execute heavy lifting tasks as necessary, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
Previous experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with customers.
Experience in a dealership environment is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during service tasks.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic sales skills are beneficial for recommending additional services to customers.
