You will lead research, create prototypes, and implement learning solutions based on analytics and stakeholder input. Measuring success is vital as you strive for high adoption rates and positive learner feedback. Key Responsibilities:
Manage an assigned learning portfolio and roadmap
Recognize capability-building prospects for the organization
Create and implement engaging learning programs and workshops

Measure and enhance learning effectiveness through feedback Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Learning or related field preferred
5+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development
Proven success in designing effective learning solutions
Familiarity with digital and blended learning environments
Robust facilitation and evaluation skills Contribute to a culture of learning by designing engaging experiences that drive performance.
