Your role involves coaching teams on Lean principles and creating a sustainable improvement culture. With solid leadership and analytical skills, you will help enhance our manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Implement continuous improvement programs and track progress
Conduct site assessments and propose enhancements
Train teams on Lean concepts and best practices
Develop strategies for operational excellence
Support cross-functional projects for process upgrades Requirements:
At least 5 years in a food manufacturing workplace
Proven experience in Lean methodologies and Six Sigma
Strong leadership and communication abilities
