Key tasks include training staff, defining recent processes, and spearheading the Lean Roadmap creation. Your ability to lead projects effectively within strict timelines will be essential for optimizing production metrics. Key Responsibilities:
Champion Lean tool education and problem-solving efforts
Coordinate with Lean council on facility improvements
Define operational processes to meet business targets
Mentor team members in Lean methodologies
Ensure ongoing communication of improvements with stakeholders Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Over 5 years of lean manufacturing experience
Proven leadership in training and project management
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
