Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Monitor cooking processes to ensure dishes are cooked to perfection and served promptly
Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality meal delivery

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and cooking
Solid knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation standards
Excellent skills in meal preparation, including chopping, grilling, sautéing, and plating dishes
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-pressure setting while maintaining attention to detail
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and techniques used in professional cooking environments
