This senior role requires at least five years of law firm experience alongside expertise in recruitment and career development. A solid commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion will be essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment and career development for law associates
Collaborate with leadership on strategic talent initiatives
Build relationships with stakeholders across the Firm

JD or Bachelor’s degree in Law
