Become a hands-on leader as a Lead Restoration Technician with PuroClean in Windsor-Essex County. Direct emergency mitigation and restoration projects, including water, fire, and mould damage. In this leadership role, you'll provide direction and support to technicians while responding to residential and commercial property emergencies.

Your expertise will ensure secure and effective project completion, collaborating with project managers and crew members. You'll balance in office management with hands-on involvement in restoration activities, safeguarding customer properties and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead emergency responses for property damage incidents
Oversee water extraction, mould remediation, and fire restoration




Coordinate project logistics, equipment, and team activities
Conduct safety and progress inspections during projects
Mentor and train technicians while enhancing team performance Requirements:
Experience in restoration or related fields required
Supervisory experience preferred
IICRC Water Restoration certification desirable
