Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
Cook dishes efficiently during busy service hours while maintaining high standards of presentation
Support the team by serving food promptly and accurately to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work station,
including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces regularly
Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, temperature control, and cross-contamination prevention
Experience
Previous food service experience or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods essential for quality dish execution
Familiarity with food handling safety standards recognized within the food industry
Experience in meal preparation and kitchen operations beneficial for quick integration into the team
Strong understanding of serving procedures to ensure effective delivery of orders to guests
