In this regular full time role, you will spearhead quality initiatives that focus on person-centered care and perform critical compliance assessments under the Fixing Long Term Care Act. Leverage your expertise to train interdisciplinary teams and enhance care delivery strategies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the Quality Improvement program and committee sessions
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
• Mentor staff on CQI best practices and methodologies




• Develop actionable plans based on quality indicators
• Coordinate and analyze resident experience surveys
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field
• 3-5 years in performance measurement experience
• Background in Long-Term Care setting
• Knowledge of the Fixing Long Term Care Act, 2021
• Proficient in quality improvement tools and analysis
