Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meal service, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and portioning out items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery during peak hours.
Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.




Participate in daily cleaning tasks as well as deep cleaning duties on scheduled days.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Solid teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques within the food industry.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
