Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and be responsible for assisting in the preparation of delicious dishes in our kitchen.

Duties
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook in a fast-paced kitchen workplace
Knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Ability to work well in a team setting





Nice-to-have Skills:
Food service experience
Restaurant kitchen knowledge
Food handling expertise
Meal preparation proficiency

Pay: $19.00-$23.50 per hour
