Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and speed
Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and efficiency
Follow food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination
Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders




Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to promote a safe working workplace

Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Knowledge of food handling safety practices and proper sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
Basic understanding of restaurant operations and meal preparation techniques
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
