Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation to ensure timely service and consistent quality
Cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food handling and safety protocols
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Assist with plating dishes and ensuring each meal meets presentation standards before serving
Follow all food safety procedures, including proper storage, sanitation, and handling of ingredients
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent food service experience
Requirements
Prior experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly processes
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
Basic familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
