At Pro Paint, we specialize in high-quality sandblasting and industrial coating services. Our team takes pride in delivering superior workmanship and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. We’re currently looking for a Labourer/Prepper to join our growing team and play an important role in preparing materials and equipment for painting and coating applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for sandblasting and painting, including cleaning, masking, taping, and degreasing parts.
Assist with moving, loading, and unloading materials within the shop.
Inspect parts and surfaces to ensure proper preparation and finish quality.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment.
Support sandblasters and painters by ensuring materials are prepped and ready on schedule.
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Perform other general labor or shop duties as required.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in an industrial, sandblasting, or painting environment is required.




Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely (up to 50lbs)
Team-oriented with a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and a high level aptitude.
Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced workplace.
