Your expertise will support colleagues and clients alike, providing essential legal advice and engaging in team-oriented litigation efforts. You will also partner with senior legal staff on more complex cases, enhancing the quality of service delivered by The Co-operators. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee claims litigation processes from initiation to conclusion
Work with Claims department for litigation success
Research and assess complex legal matters
Advise on issues requiring higher-level oversight
Guide and mentor claims personnel Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance defense or personal injury law
Law Degree (LLB, JD, or similar)
Registered with Ontario's legal regulatory body
Exceptional communication and analytical skills
