Supervise Housing Shelter Workers and manage shift activities
Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed




Maintain transparent communications and coordinate staff schedules
Support guests with individualized case management
Ensure safety protocols and shelter cleanliness Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of frontline experience in social services
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
First Aid and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certified
