Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation by unloading materials, setting up equipment, and organizing supplies
Perform general manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas to maintain safety and efficiency
Support skilled tradespeople by providing tools, materials, or assistance as needed
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work workplace for all team members
Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required
Help with site cleanup and waste removal to keep the workspace tidy and compliant with regulations
Report any hazards or issues immediately to supervisors to prevent accidents or delays
Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
Robust work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or industrial settings is a plus but not mandatory
Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
Reliable transportation to get to the work site daily
