Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and storage spaces.
Wash, peel, chop, and prepare quickly ingredients according to the chef’s instructions.
Support cooks during service by preparing ingredients and restocking supplies when needed.
Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations regularly.
Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing ingredients in refrigerators and storage areas.
Follow recipes, prep lists, and instructions from the kitchen supervisor.
Help maintain a smooth and effective kitchen workflow during busy service periods.
Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen setting safe and tidy.
Help in Kitchen when needed
Speak Frecnch / Eng / Thai is a plus
Knowledge in Thai food is a plus
