Duties
Working alongside our crew to build and install center pivots
Pipeline labour and HDPE pipe fusion
Center pivot repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting
Fueling, greasing and maintaining equipment
General construction and excavation labour
Assisting equipment operators and other crew members
Loading, unloading and moving materials
General cleanup and jobsite maintenance
Other tasks required to keep projects moving safely and efficiently

Skills




Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently under supervision
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required—training will be provided
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is advantageous
