Work with Vancouver Coastal Health as a Speech Language Pathologist at Lions Gate Hospital in beautiful North Vancouver, BC. This role emphasizes the assessment and treatment of clients with communication and swallowing disorders. In your role as a Speech Language Pathologist, you will embody VCH’s client and family-centered service values.

You'll diagnose, treat, and educate clients and families on communication disorders, documenting client reports along the way. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you'll also engage in educational presentations and mentorship for current staff and students. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments for communication and swallowing challenges
Develop and implement treatment plans for clients




Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds and discussions
Provide client education and counseling
Mentor interns and recent employees in the field Requirements:
Registration as a Speech Language Pathologist with CHCPBC
Broad knowledge of evidence-based practices
Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage urgent client situations effectively
