Establish sequencing workflows for Nanopore technology
Create libraries for NGS applications
Clone and design antibody DNA constructs
Perform DNA purification and quality checks
Contribute to daily lab maintenance and organization Requirements:
M.Sc. or B.Sc. with relevant lab experience
At least 1 year of experience for M.Sc. holders
Proficiency in Nanopore MinION and molecular techniques
Robust organizational and analytical skills
