This position requires a strong HR leader who will oversee critical HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. You will collaborate closely with local leadership teams, promoting a positive work culture and effectively managing the Employee Life Cycle. Key Responsibilities:

- Address and resolve employee relations issues for managers
- Conduct effective employee training and development sessions
- Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts for recent talent
- Maintain compliance with employment standards and regulations

- At least 8 years of HR experience
