Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, your role is essential in ensuring high cleanliness standards aligned with Optima Living’s mission.

You will perform various cleaning duties, handle materials safely, and uphold infection control policies. Your work will enhance the living experience for seniors in caring communities. Key Responsibilities:
Execute routine cleaning tasks including sweeping and dusting
Clean and sanitize bathrooms and common areas
Make beds and maintain linens properly
Respond to cleaning emergencies and special requests
Report any unsafe conditions promptly Requirements:
Housekeeping experience preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques crucial
CPR and First Aid certification a plus
Robust communication and interpersonal abilities
