You will oversee day-to-day transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure bank account reconciliations are performed diligently. Additionally, your contributions will aid in maintaining data integrity and supporting month-end close processes through accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial transactions using QuickBooks software
Perform USD and CAD bank reconciliations regularly




Track corporate expenses and digital subscriptions
Assist with month-end journal entries and accruals
Maintain clean and organized financial records for auditing Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
Direct experience with QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
At least 3 years of accounting experience or internship
