Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our energetic construction team. In this vital role, you will contribute to a variety of building projects by performing essential manual tasks that support the overall progress and quality of our construction efforts. Responsibilities
Assist with rebar installation, concrete forming, and masonry work to ensure structural integrity and adherence to project specifications
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to support various construction activities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately
Perform demolition, restoration, renovation, and flooring installation tasks as needed on site
Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and caulking guns for precise work execution
Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor tasks while maintaining proper safety procedures
Support carpentry, concrete finishing, welding, and other specialized trades under supervision

Experience




Previous construction experience is highly preferred; familiarity with building sites and trade practices is a plus
Mechanical knowledge related to tools, equipment, and basic structural components is advantageous
Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately for project alignment
Experience with masonry, concrete finishing, flooring installation, or related trades is desirable
Knowledge of safety protocols for heavy equipment operation and use of power tools
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and working in various weather conditions
Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment
