Polmax Cleaning Ltd. is hiring a part time Junior Site Supervisor.

This is a hands-on outdoor role involving litter picking, junk hauling, site cleanup and crew support across multiple properties. This is not an office, engineering, or construction management position.

What You’ll Do:
Work outdoors daily at commercial properties
Assist with litter picking, cleanup and junk hauling
Drive between sites and to landfill facilities as required
Support and monitor crew performance on-site
Provide basic supervision and support to crew members
Conduct basic inspections and maintain service quality
Report site conditions, issues, crew performance, and job progress to the Senior Site Supervisor.
Handle physical work, including lifting and moving heavy items

Contract Term:
Part time; 4 hours per day; weekdays - Weekends
Position may be offered as either a contract position or direct employment

Requirements:
Eligible to work in Canada
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Reliable vehicle required




Pickup truck strongly preferred for hauling and cleanup work
Comfortable performing physical labour outdoors in all weather conditions
Robust communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Assets:
Window washing or pressure washing experience
Experience working in cleaning, landscaping, labour, or property services
Customer service or client-facing experience
Previous team-lead or supervisory experience

Compensation & Perks:
$20–$22.50 per hour, depending on experience
Vehicle allowance: To be determined
Landfill fees reimbursed
