Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a polished appearance
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning materials as needed
Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks to support overall building upkeep




Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working setting

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning environments preferred
Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic repair skills beneficial
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners efficiently
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods
