Your role will focus on effective planning, scheduling, and departmental collaboration. Lantic is looking for a Maintenance Planner who brings extensive experience and a proactive mindset. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee planning and scheduling of all maintenance efforts. Collaboration with multiple departments to prioritize work orders effectively, while also managing budgets, will ensure optimal maintenance operations at the refinery. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Create and implement a preventive maintenance strategy
Use automation for effective performance tracking
Simplify work order management for tradespeople
Compile and analyze maintenance performance data Requirements:
Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
At least five years of relevant planning experience
Experience with CMMS and Maximo software
Familiarity with unionized settings is advantageous
