This pivotal role requires hands-on engagement with project management and operational analysis while maintaining continuity for billing, collections, and payroll. You will be the key lead at the subsidiary, making effective integrations crucial for success. Key Responsibilities:
Document workflows and approval matrices across multiple financial functions
Lead end-to-end ERP migration from Sage 50
Perform reconciliation for GL, AR,
and AP transactions
Train Corporate Shared Services on new integrated workflows
Provide weekly updates to the CFO on integration progress
Requirements:
CPA designation or equivalent managerial experience
Direct experience with ERP system migrations
Solid project and change management skills
Ability to work in office at multiple locations
Deep knowledge of job costing and shared services
