Oversee compliance with investment regulations and internal policies
Provide practical compliance advice across business units




Identify and escalate compliance issues efficiently
Design compliance training for team members
Prepare reports for senior management and governance meetings Requirements:
5+ years in investment compliance, 3+ years in leadership
Deep knowledge of securities law and compliance practices
Robust ability to advise and influence leadership teams
Excellent prioritization and communication skills
