You will support operations by mentoring apprentices and promoting a culture of safety and accountability. Key Responsibilities:
Execute maintenance tasks on hydraulic and pneumatic controls
Fit bearings and connect motors with precision
Conduct proactive maintenance and document results effectively
Move heavy components utilizing various equipment
Mentor apprentices and oversee their safety procedures Requirements:
Valid Provincial Journeyperson Ticket or enrollment in apprenticeship
Experience in an industrial setting as a Millwright
Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols
Able to lift up to 25kg and adapt to outdoor conditions
